The Opportunity
We’re looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused team members to join our front-line operations. In this role, you’ll welcome guests, handle check-ins, promote tours, support safety protocols, and help maintain a positive, exciting atmosphere at our base and sales office.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in an outdoor environment, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic, high-energy setting.

Wage and Perks of the Job

$20.50–$23.00 per hour per hour based on experience and qualifications

What you bring to the table

Enthusiastic, friendly, and authentic demeanor

Previous customer service experience preferred

FOODSAFE and Serving It Right certifications (asset but not required)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience with POS systems, cash handling, or cash outs (asset)

Passion for the outdoors and delivering outstanding guest service

What your day will look like:

Collaborate with the base team and sales office to complete daily, weekly, and monthly café and administrative tasks

Provide detailed information about TAG tours and base activities

Ensure all Health & Safety and Food & Beverage protocols are followed

Use digital systems for waivers, reservations, and guest processing

Prepare café food and beverages; complete transactions using Square POS

Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect TAG’s values and culture

Provide feedback to Supervisors and Managers to support operational excellence

Escalate guest concerns or team issues to leadership promptly

Build and maintain strong relationships with TAG’s re-sellers and partners
