This full-time, year-round position involves addressing various maintenance tasks effectively to support Vail's mission for a safe and healthy living experience. Drawing on your two years of maintenance experience, you will conduct preventative checks, log tasks, and liaise with other departments to meet the needs of residents. Importantly, you'll respond to emergencies, including after-hours situations, to maintain operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily maintenance work orders with precision

• Carry out safety inspections and preventative tasks

• Keep accurate maintenance logs for tracking

• Effectively manage emergency situations as needed

• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations

Requirements:

• At least two years of maintenance experience necessary

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

• Valid driver’s license for role requirements

• Engage in ongoing emergency response training
