This full-time position leads a cleaning team, ensuring high cleanliness standards in a year-round role. You will provide necessary tools and training to cleaners, establish daily priorities, and deliver excellent service to residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a cleaning team of up to 10 members

• Equip cleaners with training and safety supplies

• Set daily cleanliness priorities for the House

• Deliver friendly, helpful service to residents

• Implement and improve cleaning systems and tools

Requirements:

• BC Driver’s license required

• Leadership experience essential for supervising

• Previous cleaning experience preferred

• Must be self-motivated and organized

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background check
