Field- Machine Operator

Position: Field-Based Machine Operator 1

As a Machine Operator 1, you will engage in the operation and maintenance of railway equipment while traveling extensively. This position entails solving technical issues, complying with safety standards, and performing essential repairs, ensuring all machinery operates at optimal levels. Additionally, you will support supervisory staff by providing critical feedback on equipment conditions and implementing maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and inspect railway equipment routinely

• Address operation issues with preventive maintenance

• Document operational and administrative activities

• Participate in safety briefings and training

• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months experience with Loram machinery

• 2+ years of relevant technical skills

• Required certifications and valid driver’s license

• Basic computer proficiency with MS Windows

• Ability to handle extensive travel demands
