Join Roots, a leading Canadian lifestyle brand, as a Stock Manager. In this role, you'll manage inventory flow and train a dedicated stock team in a supportive environment.
As the Stock Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and ensure operational integrity within the store. Candidates should bring at least two years of retail management experience, with a strong focus on organization and customer needs. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining inventory systems and fostering team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and prioritize merchandise receipts promptly
• Organize the backroom to meet seasonal standards
• Maintain replenishment processes for a full sales floor
• Monitor and react to departmental inventory changes
• Execute compliance-related inventory procedures
Requirements:
• 2+ years of management experience in retail
• Excellent retail presentation skills
• Passionate and friendly with a customer focus
• Ability to build buy-in for decisions and products
• Strong recruitment and development skills
