Lead retail operations for Columbia Sportswear Canada as an Assistant Store Manager, coaching teams and strengthening consumer engagement. Work 40 hours weekly year round.

Key Responsibilities:- Direct daily operations for supervisors and associates
- Coach selling skills, products, and technologies
- Create strategies improving engagement, sales, and profitability
- Assist interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Schedule weekly shifts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Five or more years of relevant experience
- Inventory, POS, and retail software proficiency
- Experience driving engagement and personalized service
- Effective communication with teams and consumers
- Flexible retail schedule availability and physical mobility
