As a key member of the Product Sales Team, you'll lead operations and oversee the sale of tickets for various resort services. This position requires a strong foundation in customer service and ticket sales, contributing to a dynamic team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge of resort products and operations
• Lead daily product sales operations and procedures
• Assist with hiring and training team members
• Monitor teammate performance and provide feedback
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in customer service or ticket sales
• Flexibility to work indoor and outdoor
• Fluent communication in English
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
