Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and inform guests about spa offerings
• Explain key features like the silence guarantee
• Assist in managing guest waitlist and bookings
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and guest areas
• Conduct opening and closing front desk duties
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Excellent communication abilities
• Must pass a criminal record check
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
