Position: Senior Housing Coordinator at Vail Resorts
Elevate employee living experiences as a Senior Housing Coordinator in Whistler, BC with Vail Resorts. Focus on community building, well-being programs, and resident support year-round.

In this full-time role, you will support the Wellness Team’s mission at Vail Resorts by executing wellness strategies in employee housing. Your work will revolve around program delivery, community engagement, and resident support, emphasizing the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. Effective communication will be key, especially with high-risk populations, as you foster a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Vail Resorts' wellness strategy in employee housing

• Facilitate community-building events for residents and staff

• Manage resident requests via the Epic Employee platform

• Mediate conflicts and ensure respectful living environments

• Partner with internal and external resources for employee support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Proven customer service and communication skills

• Experience with vulnerable populations preferred

• Valid driver’s license required

• Engage actively in community involvement
