Position: Transit Supervisor for Sea to Sky Operations
Lead and enhance transit services as a Transit Supervisor in the Sea to Sky Region. Oversee a dedicated team of Transit Operators while ensuring safety and service quality.

This role entails supervising over 80 Transit Operators across Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. You will maintain compliance with safety standards and respond to operational issues swiftly. Fostering a culture of inclusivity and efficiency is crucial for high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and support transit operators

• Monitor and respond to operational communications

• Implement routing and assignment changes as needed

• Conduct annual evaluations for transit operators

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Several years of Transit Operator experience

• Class 1 or Class 2 driver’s license with air brake

• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills

• Knowledge of SMI, GFI, or scheduling tools is a plus
