North Yorkshire Council is recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join its operations team in Whitby for flexible, casual relief-hour roles. You will scan tickets, usher guests, perform pre-show checks, and assist with ice cream concessions while resolving ticketing queries.
As part of the team you will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain safety and hygiene standards, manage entry and cash at events, monitor stock, support the Duty Manager, and report incidents promptly.
