Hours:
30.00 hours per week, 5 days across Monday - Saturday, 09:00 to 15:00.
Deliver a wide range of items for Royal Mail, ensuring customer reception and service standards. You will secure all items on your route, handling election materials and certain items (food, alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
Responsibilities- Deliver items on assigned routes in a safe manner.
- Securely deliver election materials and other items such as food products or alcohol as required.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upbeat, independent, self‑motivated.
- Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service.
- Friendly and personable within the community.
- Happy walking long periods and working outside in any weather.
- Strong sense of community and pride in work.
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Guaranteed hourly rate of £13.68 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to working hours).
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted if below 40 hours/week).
