Winsearch seeks an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to guide an electro mechanical team in Whitby. The role focuses on maximising equipment uptime, implementing preventative maintenance, and delivering fast breakdown response in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Extrusion experience is highly desirable, with four engineers forming the team across two shifts (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, Monday–Friday). The position offers a salary up to £51,373 DOE and on-call allowance.
