Overview
We are working with a well-established manufacturer based in Whitby who supply high-quality products into the food industry. They are looking for a Production Operative to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis to support their expanding production schedule.
Responsibilities- Operate machinery and production equipment
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures (not full food-grade)
- Support with packing, quality checking and general production tasks
- Work efficiently as part of a team on a busy production line
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting (preferred but not essential)
- A reliable attitude and willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights
- A good eye for detail and a positive, team-focused approach
- A consistent 4 on, 4 off shift pattern working 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am
- Weekly pay at £14 per hour
