We're delighted to be supporting a highly respected primary school in the BS4 area that is seeking a confident, dynamic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from January through to the end of the academic year. If you're a KS2 teacher who brings consistency, creativity, and strong behaviour management, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference within a well‑established Year 5 team.

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong KS2 classroom experience (Year 5 preferred)
• A confident, calm, and structured approach to behaviour management
• A passion for delivering engaging, knowledge‑rich learning
• A commitment to building positive relationships and supporting children pastorally
• The ability to hit the ground running and work collaboratively with the year group team

• Planning and delivering high‑quality, appropriately differentiated KS2 lessons
• Working closely with your partner teacher and phase leader
• Supporting pupils' academic progress and personal development
• Creating a structured, supportive and positive learning environment
• Being a consistent, reliable presence for pupils throughout the term
• Contributing to the wider school community where needed
