Senior Business Solutions Director - Team Lead at Ultimate Staffing

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Administrator/Receptionist at our White Bear Lake office (100% onsite)!

This is a permanent position with a great company! Room for growth!

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Fridays 8am-6pm!

Pay: $20-$23/hour

Job Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors and customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls; manage messages and overhead paging.
  • Maintain awareness of showroom activity and staff availability.
  • Provide administrative support to sales, service, and office departments.
  • Prepare and process sales documents (purchase agreements, invoices, title paperwork).
  • Update and maintain customer records in CRM.
  • Schedule appointments, test drives, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
  • Track sales performance metrics and assist with inventory coordination.
  • Support promotional activities and maintain showroom materials.
  • Handle incoming leads and route to appropriate salesperson.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Looking for somebody that has great attention to detail
  • Cheerful, friendly personality with 6 months of related experience preferred.
