Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and providing a positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and meet potential members, ensuring a great customer experience.

Handle all front desk tasks, including info calls, member check-ins, signing up new members, and giving tours. Have the ability to make changes to members' accounts as needed.

Address member service issues and questions, forwarding to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as necessary.

Help maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

Shift Expectations (4 eight-hour shifts)

Minimum of 1 hour for deep cleaning.
Minimum of 1 hour for continued training.
Full shift duties as outlined in Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands

Standing and walking for at least 75% of the shift.
Talking in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
