We are a professional, modern, well‑organized clinic providing specialized gum and implant care with precision and compassion. Our team is committed to providing the highest standard of patient centered care.
ScheduleFull Time, Monday‑Thursday 8am - 5pm, occasional half day on Fridays. No weekends or evenings.
Responsibilities- Handles patient concerns and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner
- Assesses current bottlenecks in the patient journey; provides actionable improvement plans and ensures process completion
- Trained and proficient in all aspects of the front desk responsibilities and able to perform them on a daily basis
- Manages accurate dental benefits and claim processing (including verification, payments and patient accounts).
- Explains treatment plans and payment plans to patients
- Provides availability when the clinic is open and is able to observe all teammates in real‑time while being present in all areas of the facility throughout the day
- Improves daily productivity through a reduction in patient intake/scheduling errors while actively monitoring provider schedules to avoid same day canceled appointments, unnecessary gaps
- Leads a team of non‑clinical (front desk) and clinical (assistants) teammates by hiring, training, mentoring, and providing accountability to all performance concerns in a timely manner
- Manages team schedules for front desk and dental assistants.
- Performs payroll duties and teammate reviews as directed
- Creates and manages administrative reports relating to financial health of facility for review with doctors and the leadership team
- Manages complete operation and performance of the clinic: adheres to a budget, forecasts expenses, manages vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitors compliance.
- Coordinates facility management as related to repairs, maintenance, vendor relationships.
- Ensures OSHA/HIPAA compliance of the team and facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience managing a dental practice
- 2+ years of experience in supervising and leading a team
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of dental practice and procedures preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Thorough understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, patient scheduling and treatment planning
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000/annually based on full‑time employment.
