We are currently seeking a Design Engineer/Project Manager to work in the structural division of our office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in structural engineering.
Description- Lead engineering design on a variety of project types including commercial, office, retail, residential and industrial structures.
- Oversee production of construction documents working with the client and design team coordinating work and meeting project deadlines.
- Provide an efficient engineering design that meets current building code requirements and project budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structural design.
- 5+ years of experience in structural design using steel, concrete, wood and masonry.
- Strong project organization and management skills
- Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- PE licensure in Minnesota.
- Experience with structural analysis software (RISA or RAM)
- Experience with Revit software to prepare structural construction drawings preferred, but not required.
