As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends! Full-time and Part-time shifts are currently available.

Hourly rate: $18.50

Working Hours: Full‑time DSPs work 33 hours per week.

To work 40 hours per week, we also now offer additional opportunities as an In‑Home Caregiver/IHS Professional. Pay is $20 hourly and requires your own vehicle and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Greet participants each morning and set a positive tone for the day.
• Engage participants in music therapy, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, and community outings.
• Assist with personal care routines while demonstrating empathy and respect.
• Support life‑skills enrichment and vocational training opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with a team of care professionals.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a caring nature.
• Experience in direct care is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
