Interim MDS Coordinator

Pathway Health is an independently owned, nationally recognized consulting company. We provide consulting services to long term health care, senior housing, assisted living, home care, and hospice. As a fully independent company, Pathway can focus on understanding and addressing client's needs.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with Long Term Care (SNF) experience. The candidate must be familiar with the full scope of the MDS Reimbursement processes including CAAS and RUGS, as it pertains to skilled nursing facilities.

• Interim assignments
• Assist the client with completion of MDS 3.0 process
• Assist the client with assessing and implementing systems and processes as requested
• Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of practice and professional practice guidelines
• Assist clients as requested with training and mentoring
• Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations

• Licensed registered nurse
• Proficient in MDS 3.0
• AANAC Certification and/or willing go through training provided by Pathway Health Services
• Must be Flexible for travel
