What You’ll Do Team Leadership (40+ Field Techs)
  • Daily check-ins, coaching, ride‑alongs, and performance feedback.
  • Weekly one‑on‑ones to improve results, service quality, and mindset.
  • Set expectations, hold the team accountable, and keep energy high.
  • Be the leader your team trusts, respects, and wants to follow.
Field Operations
  • Track and improve KPIs: job average, close rate, review rate.
  • Partner with dispatch, CSRs, and other department managers and inventory teams to keep operations smooth.
  • Jump in when needed to solve real‑time issues and support the field.
  • Make sure your team is equipped, scheduled, and supported.
Fleet & Equipment Oversight
  • Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, licensing, and readiness.
  • Coordinate inventory and equipment to keep techs moving efficiently.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience leading field or service teams or coaching a large team.
  • Background in home services, trades, or a similar environment.
  • Strong coaching and team‑building skills.
  • A hands‑on, results‑driven mindset with strong communication skills.
