• Review Plant Intelligence Center monitors to prioritize machine maintenance and repairs.
• Repair, maintain, and rebuild machinery, mechanical equipment, and secondary equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, robotics, automation, and control systems such as programmable logic controllers.
• Troubleshoot all plant equipment and prescribe required maintenance to assure satisfactory operation with minimum downtime. Work with drawings, prints, diagrams, and manufacturers' printed instructions as needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections as required. Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts or materials.
• Fabricate new equipment or supplemental pieces when needed by using tooling machines.
• Install or oversee installation of new equipment and electrical service.
• Perform machine calibrations using prescribed equipment.
• Add options to production equipment to enhance capability.
• Perform facility maintenance as required to ensure all building systems are maintained.
• Document all related work activity.
• Report immediately to the supervisor any problems and unusual situations that cannot be resolved quickly.
• Communicate with the maintenance manager on planned/completed tasks.
• Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for the job task.
• Observe all safety requirements, including Lock Out Tag Out, and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition.

$21.60 – $26.40 per hour
