We are looking for a self‑motivated Maintenance Mechanic who can perform many functions in a flexible, fast‑paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run‑out, calibrating dials, aligning components and observing operations, vibrations and noise levels.
  • Complete emergency/break‑down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations.
  • Accurately use measurement and test equipment.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and clean up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks.
  • Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Follow all safety rules and practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
Skills & Qualifications
  • MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher.
  • Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Skilled in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices.
  • Well‑rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five years of maintenance experience with at least one year with the same employer.
  • Highly‑qualified candidates would possess a technical degree unleashed or apprenticeship certification and maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or Prior manufacturing environment.

Candidates selected for further consideration will be required to complete tests on job‑related skill, a panel interview, background check, drug screen, and pre‑employment health assessment.
