• Lead Generation Mastery – Business won’t fall into your lap. You’ll use proven scripts and tools to generate leads. If making calls isn’t your thing, this isn’t the right fit.
• Guiding Clients with Care – You’ll work with buyers who may be undecided but need guidance. Patience, expertise, and diligent follow-ups are essential to help them find their perfect home.
• Confident Negotiator – Writing offers and negotiating deals is where you shine. This role requires confidence and the ability to handle challenges with skill and professionalism.
• Active Team Participation – Being part of a team means engaging in Power Up calls, script practice, and client events. Accountability is key, and we expect you to show up, support the team, and contribute.
• Track tasks and progress with PLACE Technology. We’ve got a killer CRM, and we expect you to use it. Tracking your calls, appointments, and tasks is non-negotiable.

• Active Real Estate License in MN or WI

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
