• Create lifelong customer relationships by demonstrating enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through test drives, vehicle features, and benefits.
• Maintain excellent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage pipeline to ensure strong two-way communication.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
• High detail orientation and accuracy.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and technology applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary range: $42,000 - $100,000.
