We are hiring immediately for a mechanical shop serving White Bear Lake and Mahtomedi School Districts. As a technician you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety of students who rely on our classic yellow buses.

• $27 - $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications (not flat‑rate)
• $0.25 per hour for each relevant ASE obtained (we pay for training materials and exams)
• Monday‑Friday, 9:30 am‑6:00 pm, full‑time shift

• Perform maintenance on brakes, suspensions, drive trains, and transmissions
• Complete work orders
• Assist with mobile emergency services
• Use diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and repair issues

• Want to work in a position that meaningfully impacts your community
• 1+ years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain a CDL (training provided)
• Mechanic’s tool set
• Desire to grow, learn, and develop skill set through ASE testing

• Do not have a college degree
• Have military experience
• Are returning to the workforce
• Are looking for hourly (not flat‑rate) jobs
