JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the staff and operations of branch. Promote friendly relations with all retail customers. Develop ideas for new business. Implement both control and action plans. Daily supervision of branch staff. Provides loans to customers within limitations of lending authority. Branch size is based on loan volume, deposits and total employee count.

Education and/or
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended time periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Occasional bending and stooping required
- Required to keyboard and view LCD screen for extended time periods
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Excellent financial analytical skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent understanding of Bank's products and services
- Requires thorough knowledge of loan servicing products, policies and procedures
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft/Windows
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Ability and knowledge to manage branch banking operations, to achieve profit, growth and customer service objectives within bank policy guidelines
- Out going personality which places heavy concentration on business development and community activity
- Ability to supervise, monitor and evaluate the work of others
- Ability to interact well, and in a positive manner, with Executive Management, co-workers and customers.
- Demonstrates high ethical standards and personal integrity to build credibility and trust to enhance the Bank's reputation in the community
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Bank's privacy and policies
