Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Ultra Health Providers
Ultra Health Providers is dedicated to improving the physical and mental health and well‑being of the aging population, providing onsite medical, mental and behavioral coverage to senior and long‑term care communities.
Job Overview
- Support the emotional and psychological well‑being of residents in senior care communities.
- Deliver high‑quality psychotherapy and foster a supportive environment where residents can explore their experiences, manage challenges, and enhance their sense of purpose and well‑being.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care of residents.
- Provide interventions and crisis response as needed.
Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience working with older adults in long‑term or senior living settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
Daily base pay: $200.00 – $300.00 (subject to skills and experience).
