Job Overview

• Support the emotional and psychological well‑being of residents in senior care communities.
• Deliver high‑quality psychotherapy and foster a supportive environment where residents can explore their experiences, manage challenges, and enhance their sense of purpose and well‑being.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care of residents.
• Provide interventions and crisis response as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience working with older adults in long‑term or senior living settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Daily base pay: $200.00 – $300.00 (subject to skills and experience).
