Pro Ampac is hiring a Quality Technician Overnight Shift to join our team in Mount Juliet, TN. The position offers a fast‑paced, safety‑oriented environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality during the overnight shift (7 PM–7 AM, Monday–Thursday).

Mount Juliet, TN — Annual salary range: $63,400 to $105,800.

• Conduct in‑process inspection and testing to verify quality and food packaging safety requirements.
• Ensure QA bench‑top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Document, sample, and quarantine non‑conforming material; maintain sampling records.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive, organized approach.
• Use quality testing equipment at the site with proficiency.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work the overnight shift (7 PM–7 AM, Monday–Thursday).
• Experience with measuring tools and reading them accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, multi‑tasking, and organizational skills.
• Effective oral and written communication at all organizational levels.
• Prior quality experience with testing equipment is strongly preferred.
