Donaldson is seeking a full-time Floating Compliance Specialist to provide onsite and corporate compliance support across our affordable housing communities. You will review certifications, recertifications, and occupancy procedures to ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD Section 8/PBRA, HCV, and local programs.
You will maintain EIV/TRACS data, audit tenant files, and support MORs and regulatory inspections while traveling between properties as needed.
