Manager of Accounting – High Growth Tech Services Firm

We’re working with a high growth Services Firm. They are seeking a Manager of Accounting to help lead a team of 4 people. Reporting to head of team, this professional will be working with Executives, COO, and Sales team.

• Oversee balance sheet, cash flow, P&L for month/quarter/year‑end accounting close and financial reports
• Responsible for revenue, margins and cost tracking metrics discussed with stakeholders across the business
• Owner of cash management function including forecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances
• Review customer invoicing processes and contractual agreements to reconcile revenue
• Perform key elements of the financial cycle and supporting subsidiary processes
• Manage detailed variance and fluctuation analyses
• Assist FP&A with accounting interpretations for budgeted transactions
• Assist in the annual audit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is a must, CPA preferred
• 6+ years accounting experience out of public accounting or private accounting team is a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition is needed
• In‑depth experience working with general ledger and financial analysis, including journal entries and detailed account analyses
