Staff Accountant @ High Growth Service Firm
A Boutique High‑Growth Data Service Firm is looking to hire a Staff Accountant, and this role will report to the Accounting Manager and the head of the team working with Operations, Sales, Legal, and HR.
Responsibilities- Responsible for preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue, variance analysis, and intercompany transactions for month‑end, quarterly, and year‑end.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating cash receipt logs, and posting receipts to the A/R sub‑ledger.
- Analyze fixed asset and depreciation reporting utilizing Net Suite ERP software.
- Support the finance team with various ad‑hoc projects.
- Review multiple leasing schedules for financial transactions.
- Assist the team in providing for external audits.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Understanding of Fixed Assets, Intercompany Reconciliations, Revenue Recognition, and General Ledger.
- Net Suite ERP experience is preferred.
