Auto Lube Technicians

A well-established automotive dealership in the Westchester County area is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller / Title Clerk to join our growing office team. Were looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys accuracy and organization, and takes pride in keeping deals, titles, and compliance running smoothly.

This is a full-time, in-store position supporting a busy sales and service operation. If youre dependable, detail-driven, and confident with dealership billing and DMV processes, youll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all retail, lease, and wholesale deal billing accurately and in a timely manner
• Complete DMV paperwork, including titles, registrations, and lien placements
• Verify deal accuracy, compliance, and supporting documentation
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve missing or incorrect information
• Submit and track title work, ensuring all deals fund without delay
• Maintain organized records and follow established office procedures
• Provide general office support to help keep the department running efficiently
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior knowledge in DMV and Titling procedures for New York and out-of-state required
• Titling and/or Automotive Billing experience at a Car Dealership required
• CDK experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service
• Experience with accounting software and other account functions is a plus
• Organizational and phone skills are required
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team-player
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
