Accountant – CFS

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr.

Overview Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting professional to support and assist with offshore accounting automation initiatives. This role will partner closely with internal accounting teams and offshore resources to help streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure accurate financial operations during and after automation efforts.

• Support accounting processes that are transitioning to or supported by offshore teams
• Assist with automation initiatives related to AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and reporting
• Serve as a liaison between onshore accounting staff and offshore resources
• Help document workflows, standard operating procedures, and process improvements
• Review work completed by offshore teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Assist with month‑end close activities and ongoing accounting operations
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for further automation
• Support system implementations, upgrades, or optimization efforts as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2–5+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate)
  Experience working with offshore accounting teams and/or shared services environments
• Exposure to accounting automation, process improvement, or system implementations
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
