Job Summary
The Billing Analyst is responsible for preparing and processing billing requests related to lump sum payments, payment plans, and financed projects. This role involves coordinating with project managers, accounting, and customers to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking, while minimizing IDC/STF charges on projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare billing requests in Procure and create SAP sales orders.
- Request sales invoices from Accounting and gather necessary documentation.
- Send sales invoices and backup documentation to customers.
- Record customer payments in Procure.
- Collaborate with Project Leads and Managers to manage delinquent payments.
- Maintain billing tracking schedules.
- Perform system reconciliation between Procure and SAP.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
- Experience with Procure system.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
