Supplier Onboarding Analyst – White Plains, NY

ECLARO, in partnership with America’s largest state power organization, seeks an analyst to support the Procurement’s Supplier Relationship Management division.

The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will oversee and support the onboarding of new suppliers and help existing suppliers update their profiles on an e‑procurement platform. The analyst will work with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding of suppliers onto the e‑procurement platform.
• Collect and verify necessary documentation and information from suppliers.
• Ensure suppliers understand and comply with platform requirements and standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers or internal teams.
• Provide training and support to suppliers on how to use the e‑procurement platform effectively.
• Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with sound judgment and customer service.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective relationships with team members.
