Position Overview

This role works directly alongside an experienced Project Manager, assisting in estimating, sales support, project management, customer relations, and scheduling. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business while helping ensure our projects are executed successfully — from kickoff through completion.

This is a hands‑on position that requires teamwork, communication, and a strong desire to learn. Experience in low‑voltage or security systems is not required — we’re looking for someone with the drive to work hard, learn fast, and grow within a company that prioritizes its employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute project activities.
  • Support estimating and proposal preparation.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedules and expectations are met.
  • Assist in organizing project documentation, scheduling installations, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Be hands‑on with field technicians when needed to help ensure a successful project outcome.
  • Help manage project close‑out activities including documentation and follow‑up with customers.
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow in the construction or technology field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to be hands‑on and collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Preferred (but not required)
  • Experience or coursework in construction management, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) or project tracking tools.
  • Interest in pursuing a long‑term career in Project Management or Operations.
