Job Title:Supplier Risk Business Analyst

Location(s):White Plains, NY

Project Overview

• This role will support the Supplier Relationship Management special requirement governance and management program for NERC CIP 13, SOC 1, and SOC 2.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Support SRM team in identifying suppliers not in Ariba Risk system
• Monitor all suppliers for contract compliance
• Support the implementation of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management Program
• Track and report status of active supplier-related compliance
• Support supply chain inquiries associated with Freedom of Information Law (FOIL)
• Support the gathering of data from Vendors for NERC compliance and SOC 1/2 compliance requests
• Provide weekly reports of supply chain risks and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate/resolve the risks.
• Tracking and updating while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity Assist team with stakeholder communications
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Sharepoint
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Competence in collecting and analyzing data
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams and work groups Power point/Visio skills Visual Data depiction experience Tableau/Excel/MS Office experience

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors Degree
