• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient workflows and processes
• Document and maintain business processes and procedures for training and reference
• Create standardized workflows across the organization using available technology and software
• Define requirements and support efforts to configure the agency management system (AMS)
• Lead training efforts and create client deliverables based on business process improvements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage industry and its processes
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process improvement and refining workflows and procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Commitment to achieving sustainable results and a bias for action
