Operations Lead – Client Intake Specialist
Location: White Plains, NY (10606) — In‑Office
Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 base (DOE) + performance bonuses + competitive benefits
Must‑have: Minimum 2+ years of sales/client management experience
What You’ll Do:- Spearhead lead generation, qualification, and conversion for high‑end legal services;
- Manage a robust pipeline via CRM and metrics tracking;
- Communicate with polish and empathy to high‑net‑worth prospects;
- Sell our services and coordinate consultation appointments;
- Collaborate and execute on digital marketing initiatives and outreach tactics.
- Proven track record selling luxury or premium services (legal, financial, concierge, etc.);
- Pipeline/CRM experience—strong lead conversion history;
- Sophisticated presence and strong emotional intelligence;
- Tech‑savvy, entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.

- Be a strategic partner in a modern legal environment.
Experience in legal sales is strongly preferred.
