  • Job Title: Supplier Onboarding Analyst
  • Location: White Plains NY 10601
  • Duration: 12+ months (possibility of extensions)
  • Payrate: $35/hr - $40/hr On W2
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 7.5-hour work with .5 hour unpaid lunch, Paid for time worked only
  • Note: Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 3 days on-site depending on assignment and can be fully on-site depending on business needs
Project Overview

Supplier Onboarding Analyst will support the Procurement’s Supplier Relationship Management division. The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will support the onboarding of new suppliers and assist existing suppliers to update profiles on an e-procurement platform. The individual will coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Job Functions & Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding suppliers onto the e-procurement platform
  • Collect and verify necessary documentation and information from suppliers
  • Ensure suppliers understand and comply with platform requirements and standards
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers or internal teams
  • Provide training and support to suppliers on how to use the e-procurement platform effectively
  • Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Skills
  • Specific knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP
  • Ability to successfully prioritize work on multiple tasks
  • Good organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to use sound judgment

    Ability to establish effective relationships with team members
  • Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are required
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2+ plus years of procurement, supply chain, or a relevant role, preferably with experiences in e-procurement platforms.
