AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified MEP Sr. Construction Project Manager with healthcare/ambulatory services/life sciences experience for our exciting construction project in West Chester County (White Plains), NY.

• Directs and manages the entire project, guides subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and serves as the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
• Accountable for all facets of the project to be constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre‑construction budgeting and scheduling stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and serves as key liaison between client for assigned project.

• BA/BS Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 10 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
• Healthcare, ambulatory care, life sciences construction experience.

• 10+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager from a large general contractor.
• Strong MEP skills.
• Experience working on construction projects in excess of $30MM.
• Extensive knowledge of construction in the field of healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care or life sciences.
• Experience as a Project Manager performing construction activities in an occupied building.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Project Management documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $ to $ per year.
