MINI Genius - Product Specialist

MINI of Westchester has an opening for a full-time MINI Genius. We are seeking an individual with an affinity for technology and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The MINI Genius provides a pressure‑free ownership experience, helping guests better understand the operation, benefits, and value of MINI innovations and engineering advantages. The higher the degree of understanding, the better guests appreciate their vehicles, which in turn creates a stronger emotional connection to the brand.

• Valid/clean driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience with MINI and/or with a high line luxury make preferred
• Background Check and Drug Testing performed prior to employment offers
• MUST be able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Multi‑tasking is required
