• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Accurately obtain and record vehicle and customer information
• Communicate symptoms clearly as described by the customer
• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor
• Set clear follow-up expectations via phone, text, or email
• Monitor work progress throughout the day and keep customers informed
• Ensure final invoices match completed work
• Review repairs and charges with customers at pick-up

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in a high-line dealership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy, friendly personality, and a team player attitude
• Technologically adept — ADP and tablet experience is a plus
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
• A desire to build a long-term career with a growing organization
• Professional integrity and a positive mindset

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
