Tuesday/Wednesday in office

Assist in resolving intermediate technical issues and troubleshooting.

Conduct intermediate product training sessions for customers.

Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns.

Document and communicate recurring customer feedback to the team.

Collaborate with sales and support teams on customer issues.

Identify and escalate critical customer issues.

Recommend product/service improvements based on customer feedback.

Intermediate proficiency with CRM and other customer support software.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to company needs.
