Dental Administrative Secretary/Patient Coordinator/Front Desk
Seeking a full time patient care coordinator/Receptionist with Dental Experience.
White Plains Dental is an established group practice that provides a full range of General Dentistry Service on diverse patient population including Cosmetic Dentistry and Implant
Pay- $18 - $20 per hour
- Monday to Friday
Monday 9:45am-6pm
Tuesday 9:45am-6pm
Wednesday Off
Thursday 9:45 to 6pm
Friday 8:00am to 3pm
Saturday off
Sunday 9am
-2pm
- License & Certification:
Driver’s license
- Years of Professional
Experience:
Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 1+ years of practice - 1) At least 1 year of experience working in a Dental office front desk position.
- 2) Professionally bilingual in Spanish or Russian and English.
- 3) Able to work on Sundays
- 4) Must be able to Multitask
- 5) Must be Friendly and able to communicate well with others
- 6) Experience with dental insurance breakdowns is a plus
Job Description:
- Managing all phone and email communications for the office
- Scheduling patients and registering new patients
- Actively managing the schedule for maximum productivity and efficiency
- Verifying insurance
- Collecting co-payments
- Coordinating referrals to specialty providers
- Maintaining our electronic charts by properly scanning all important documents and
