About The Role

One Four Two  is a full‑service design firm. Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented Architect to join us in our New York office and collaborate on commercial design projects from concept through construction phases.

• Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans.
• Research building codes and local zoning requirements.
• Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas.
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5+ years of relevant commercial design experience.
• Licensure is required.
• Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design.
