Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Clinical Scope Includes:

• Dental Implants & Full Arch Rehabilitation

• Wisdom Teeth Extractions

• Bone Grafting & Sinus Lift Surgery

• Facial Trauma Management

• Oral Pathology

• Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) & Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)

• Orthodontic Surgical Support (Expose & Bond, Canine Exposures)

• Apicoectomy

Compensation & Benefits

• Tiered Collections-Based Model: A lucrative earnings model that rewards performance with no cap on income potential. Surgeons earn based on monthly collections, allowing income to grow with surgical volume.

• First-Year Guarantee: A monthly minimum of $33,333 (or collections-based compensation, whichever is greater), ensuring financial stability during ramp-up.

• Student Loan Assistance: $2,000/month support during the first year to help offset student loan obligations while building a patient base.

• Relocation Support: Relocation package is negotiable based on candidate needs.

• Continuing Education: $2,500 annual CE allowance for advanced clinical training, travel, and courses.
